This week, I've got a selection of articles I've come across I think you'll enjoy.

How to Flourish as a Creative Minority
For a long time Christians in the West could live under the illusion they were in the majority. That is no longer so. Now how do we react to that? Here is some advice from an Orthodox Jew on how to keep—and pass on—the faith in an increasingly pagan culture.

"From my vantage, it appears that American Christians in general and evangelicals in particular are perplexed as to how to handle a world in which they are but a minority. Nationally, many Christians are trying to reshape the majority culture and political landscape as if their own future depended on it, creating a backlash against the faith that makes sustaining and enlarging it even harder.

"What would truly help American Christians pass the promise of their faith to subsequent generations? Here are a few practical suggestions from my experience living embedded in an Orthodox Jewish community, where those four elements constantly shape daily life for me and my family."

How One Gen Zer Is Gaining Biblical Literacy the Old-Fashioned Way
"As a member of Gen Z—the generation that grew up with smartphones—I didn’t realize how my phone was degrading my spiritual life until I had to give it up. ...

"For most young people, the digital age has created a world hostile to reading generally and Bible reading specifically."

His description of how he has changed his ways would be helpful to us all.

Did Paul Persecute Christians?
Occasionally skeptics actually manage to come up with something new.

"On Bart Ehrman’s YouTube channel earlier today, Robyn Faith Walsh asked, “Did Paul Really Persecute Christians?” In less than seven minutes, she offered her “interpretation” on the matter, which is that Paul did not persecute Christians, but rather “pursued” them in an effort to correct their bad teaching. Ten hours later, the video had already garnered over four thousand views. Walsh gave two main arguments in support of her interpretation, both of which I will address here."

More than 10k views later, this is something we may be hearing soon from people we know.

Why are there so many different translations of Psalm 22:16? (video)
